C114讯 4月4日消息（乐思）近日，中国电信发布公告称，将启动2019年度PON设备集采项目。据悉，此次共有GPON设备、10GEPON设备和XG-PON设备三个标包，新一轮的PON设备集采，端口规模再创新高。

其中，GPON设备预估采购量为OLT端口约80万、ONU（含MDU/MTU/SBU）宽窄带端口约400万；10GEPON设备预估采购量为OLT端口约88万、ONU（含MDU/MTU/SBU）宽窄带端口约316万；XG-PON设备预估采购量为OLT端口约35万、ONU（含MDU）宽窄带端口约18万。

整体来看，相比前几年，中国电信集采的PON设备逐年增多。其中，2018年中国电信GPON设备预估采购数量为OLT端口约50万、ONU（含MDU/MTU/SBU）宽窄带端口约100万；10GEPON设备预估采购OLT端口约60万、ONU（含MDU/MTU/SBU）宽窄带端口约100万；XG-PON设备预采购OLT端口约50万、ONU（含MDU）宽窄带端口约5万。

2017年中国电信GPON设备预估采购数量为OLT端口约60万、ONU(含MDU/MTU/SBU)宽窄带端口约20万；10GEPON设备预估采购量为OLT端口约45万、ONU(含MDU/MTU/SBU)宽窄带端口约20万；XG-PON设备标包预估采购量为OLT端口约4万、ONU(含MDU)宽窄带端口约5万。

对比近三年，中国电信集采的GPON设备采购量逐年稳定递增。2019年GPON设备中的ONU（含MDU/MTU/SBU）宽窄带端口更是猛增到400万，集采数量比前一年多了三百万。10GEPON设备呈逐年稳定增长的态势；除此之外，XG-PON设备的需求也是逐年增多。

据悉，中国电信此前表示，其10GEPON已经进入了规模部署；XG-PON开始规模部署。大多数情况下，GPON已经可以很好的服务于家庭用户。但是毫无疑问，部署10GEPON和XG-PON将为高消费群体提供更好的宽带服务。

对于中国电信而言，进行XG-PON大规模部署刻不容缓。一方面是为了落实千兆宽带建设，赢得更多用户，根据工信部发布的宽带中国计划以及信息通信十三五规划来看，千兆光纤宽带接入将成为未来三年的主流。另一方面是为了满足光纤宽带扩张战略，根据Ovum的预测数据以及三大运营商发布的计划，预计到2020年中国光纤宽带用户数大约为4亿户左右。据悉，截至2018年12月底，中国电信光纤宽带（FTTH）用户数达到约1.4066亿户，2018年全年净增约1449万户。也就是说，中国电信在光纤宽带市场还有非常大的发展潜力。

Overall, compared with previous years, China Telecom collects and collects more PON equipment year by year. In 2017, China Telecom's estimated purchases of GPON equipment are about 600,000 OLT ports and 200,000 ONU (including MDU/MTU/SBU) wide and narrowband ports; the estimated purchases of 10GEPON equipment are about 450,000 OLT ports, about 200,000 ONU (including MDU/MTU/SBU) wide and narrowband ports; the estimated purchases of XG-PON equipment are about 40,000 OLT ports and 50,000 ONU (including MDU) wide and narrowband ports.

Compared with the past three years, the purchasing volume of GPON equipment collected by China Telecom has steadily increased year by year. In 2019, the ONU (including MDU/MTU/SBU) wide and narrowband ports in GPON devices surged to 4 million, and the number of collections increased by 3 million compared with the previous year. 10GEPON equipment is growing steadily year by year; besides, the demand for XG-PON equipment is also increasing year by year.

It is reported that China Telecom has previously said that its 10GEPON has entered a large-scale deployment; XG-PON began a large-scale deployment. In most cases, GPON has been able to serve home users well. But there is no doubt that the deployment of 10GEPON and XG-PON will provide better broadband services for high-end consumers.

For China Telecom, large-scale deployment of XG-PON is urgent. On the one hand, in order to implement the construction of Gigabit broadband and win more users, according to the Broadband China Plan issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the 13th Five-Year Plan of Information and Communications, gigabit optical broadband access will become the mainstream in the next three years. On the other hand, in order to meet the expansion strategy of optical fiber broadband, according to Ovum's forecast data and the plans issued by the three major operators, the number of optical fiber broadband users in China is estimated to be about 400 million by 2020. It is reported that by the end of December 2018, the number of FTTH subscribers in China Telecom reached about 140.66 billion, and the net increase in 2018 was about 14.49 million. That is to say, China Telecom has great potential in the optical broadband market.
