5G正向我们走来,全球各地的灯杆站也如当年的宏站铁塔一般,如雨后春笋般涌现。先来看一看各地的灯杆站。

全球多地开展智能灯杆+基站建设

在日本无线通信技术大会上,日本运营商明确提出灯杆站和井盖基站是5G建设的重大战略之一。

2017年,美国无线通信和互联网协会(CTIA)发布报告指出,城市路灯、电杆等将是5G小基站时代的重要基础设施。

这份报告认为,智慧城市将带动就业和经济增长,分布密集的5G小基站是智慧城市的关键基础,市政和监管机构应精简审批流程、调整收费结构,鼓励电信运营商充分利用路灯、电杆等城市基础设施建设5G网络。

2018年4月10日,韩国科技信息通信部宣布SK、KT和LG U+三家韩国运营商将共建共享5G网络。文中指出,由于城市空间有限,5G建设应充分利用路灯、电线杆、交通灯、广告牌等各种市政基础设施,以加速5G部署、有效利用资源、减少重复投资。

灯杆站建设的先行者,当然少不了中国铁塔。较早前,中国铁塔就推出集环境监测、智能监视、充电桩、智慧照明等于一体的智能灯杆……

随着5G万物智联时代临近,中国铁塔积极践行“共享、绿色、创新”等新发展理念,推动“通信塔”与“社会塔”双向转变,积极利用社会资源快速经济满足行业后4G、5G时代小微站建设,积极推进一杆多用,不断为行业和社会创造价值。

2018年9月,由武汉供电公司与中国铁搭共同研究打造的智慧路灯亮相,被称为“小蛮腰路灯”,首批装了150多盏,杆上接入或预留新能源汽车充电、5G等多种功能入口。

据了解,目前铁塔公司已经谈下600万杆的灯杆作为其基站载体,有些是买断已有灯杆的位置,有些由铁塔公司直接承担灯杆建设成本以免费获得基站位置。目前各地铁塔公司还在加大力度推广此模式。

其实,国内的智慧灯杆与美国一样,因其“连电、通网”的特点,都具备摄像头监测、声音识别、基站挂载(可有效将基站设备放置在灯杆内以保证美观)、城市WIFI、智能充电桩、定位、紧急呼救等功能,属于典型的一体化灯杆。

国内涌现出的集多功能于一体的智能灯杆,如:

2017年9月,如通电子公司与北京某公司合作,在北京试点安装了“翼灯一号”智慧路灯;

2016年12月,上海三思制造的20座“高大上”的复合型路灯杆在北京左安门西街亮相;

2016年10月,华体照明在上海启动智慧路灯试点项目。此次试点的智慧路灯“华灯一号”安装在上海邮电设计院门口,总共11套;

2017年7月,使用了新一代物联网通信技术NB-IoT的26盏智能路灯在浦东亮相;

2017年11月,在深圳沙河西路转深圳湾科技生态园的入口处,树立起了2根具科技感的路灯杆,它是由深圳市城市交通规划设计研究中心有限公司自主集成研发的一款产品,名为“智慧道路共同杆”;

太龙智显于6月26号在天津安装完成第四批近40套灯杆屏,天津成为中国区单个城市LED灯杆屏(智慧路灯)使用量最大的城市;

2017年11月25日,梅泰诺(北京)物联科技有限公司与中移物联网有限公司合作为雄安移动在雄安新区完成NB-IOT智慧灯杆示范项目;

2018年9月,四川移动的5G智慧灯杆正式上线。灯杆由四川移动联合四川能投、中国移动设计院开发,不仅美化的解决了无线基站的装载,还承载多种创新智慧应用;

郑州航空港实验区一期智慧路灯改造工程涵盖近4000基(杆)路灯,截至2018年4月,已有1/3完成;

2015年6月,浙江大云物联就对黄姑山路上路灯杆完成了第一次“变身”。2017年3月,“智慧路灯”再升级,浙江大云物联携手杭州电信、华为,成功建成浙江省首个基于标准化NB—IoT(窄带物联网)的智慧照明项目,成为省内首个成功运行的创新物联网应用;

四川华体为贵阳市白云区的天林花园小区量身定制了6套“银河”智慧路灯,推动贵阳智慧社区示范建设;

2017年12月9日,方大智控在沈阳街头竖起了一杆特殊的灯杆——东北第一杆智慧灯杆在沈阳落地;

2018年4月8日,被称为湖南首条“智慧路”的长沙市隆平高科技园雄天路,路边的路灯杆上配置了电动汽车充电桩;

各地政府开始积极推进5G基站规划及多功能智能杆的建设,比如,天津市政府与多家运营商以及中国铁塔公司签约,将重点加快推进5G网络部署。为建更多数量的基站,天津铁塔公司与天津市公安局、国家电网天津电力路灯处签订协议,允许利用公安监控、路灯灯杆建设小型基站,天津市将在未来3年之内,通过共建共享的方式,建设不少于1万个5G基站。

广东省政府办公厅于近日印发《广东省信息基础设施建设三年行动计划(2018-2020)年)》(以下简称“《行动计划(2018-2020)》”)的通知。明确提出“力争在全国率先建成网络强省”,“2020年,全省5G基站达0.73万座,4G移动通信基站累计达35.9万座,站址累计达14.7万个,NB-IoT基站累计达9.1万座”。《行动计划(2018-2020)》还要求:各地政府要开放社会杆塔和通信杆塔资源,推广具有“一杆多用”功能的城市智慧灯杆,纾解基站站址紧缺问题。

为加快推进新型智慧城市建设,争取创建国家新型智慧城市标杆市,深圳市率先在今年6月签发了《多功能智能杆建设发展三年行动计划》,成为国内首个政府出台的顶层行动计划。7月出台的《深圳市新型智慧城市建设总体方案》更提出要求,加快多功能智能杆建设,形成共享共建、集约高效的城市物联感知体系建设模式,提升公共安全、城市管理、道路交通、生态环境等领域的智能感知水平。10月1日制定出台了《深圳市多功能杆智能化系统技术与工程建设规范》,并初步完成建设规划和投资建设运营模式课题。

5G基站建设带动智慧路灯市场起飞

目前小基站部署方式主要分为抱杆安装、楼面安装和地面安装。

基于智慧路灯的安装方式是抱杆安装的典型方式,具有以下优势:

(1)供电优势:小基站与路灯的结合可以共用充电装置,节约能源,解决了小基站单独部署的供电问题。

(2)管理智能:通过智慧路灯上的传感装置,可以方便的对小基站的运行状态、温度等情况进行监测,发现异常可以及时预警,同时也可以将各类监测数据传输至云端,便于分析和利用。

(3)覆盖密集:由于单个小基站目前覆盖范围不足200米,所以需要进行密集部署才可能全面覆盖盲点,而路灯分布均匀,间距不足百米,可以帮助小基站形成密集覆盖。

(4)节省空间:小基站与路灯的结合节省了单独部署所需的空间,能很大程度降低基站部署的物业协调难度。

(5)盲点覆盖:高速公路、铁路沿线往往是信号覆盖不好的地方,采用智慧路灯的安装方式有利于实现盲点覆盖。

按照当前三大运营商的规划,预计5G技术将在2020年正式开通商用,对搭载基站的智能路灯需求在近两年内爆发概率较大。此外,新能源汽车的普及,对充电桩需求将大幅上升,而智能路灯灯杆,也可以作为充电桩最为便捷的载体而存在。

国际智慧城市研究中心特邀研究员罗百辉预测,2019年全球智慧路灯市场规模将超过500亿元,由于城镇化及智慧城市的建设发展,预计中国智慧路灯市场规模将超过200亿元。2020年,由5G基站建设带动的智慧路灯市场空间1176亿元,到2021年以智慧路灯为入口的各种硬件及服务的市场规模为3.7万亿元,占智慧城市市场总规模的20%。他认为,未来智慧路灯市场的“蛋糕”非常大,对于渐趋微利化的照明行业而言是一个机会。

另外,“多杆合一”到底能为城市节省多少额外的资源投入呢?或许可以从部分城市的相关项目做个大致的了解。

比如海南万宁市35公里滨海信息化公路示范项目中,公路沿线共建成44个通信杆塔与路政监控杆“合一”的综合杆塔。据测算,如果各自建设,海南铁塔和交通部门要分别建设44个和35个杆塔,“两杆合一”后总杆数可缩减4-5成,可节省投资近385万元。这还只是整合视频监控杆和通信杆两类杆的成本节省金额,还未叠加路灯、指示牌、信号灯等杆数。

不仅如此,除了能够减半实体资源投入之余,因为所有的设备均采用联网信息化部署,其所拥有的信息化价值也是无法估量的,这些智能化设备可以为智慧城市的建设输送源源不断的第一手信息资源,这是传统人工现场巡查不可比拟的优势。

比如在设备运维方面,以成都市智慧路灯项目为例,智慧路灯系统不仅提高运维效率,同时可降低维护成本,减少费用支出,采用智慧路灯系统后,运维成本一年减少56%。

但在实施过程中,由于点位密集,杆体数量庞大,且需要联合多个部门共同完成建设,因此,推进“多杆合一”建设的过程可想而知并不容易。这其中涉及到多项城市公共设施的整合,每一套设备都有单独的线缆、网络需要铺设和设置,这需要联合多个部门进行资源共建。

在这个过程中,可以参照深圳市城管局“多杆合一”项目采取的措施,首先对同类杆进行整合,然后再整合不同类杆。在“多杆合一”改造中,对路灯杆内线路的智能化或集成化改造将同时进行,以避免路面重复开挖。并且整个改造过程的成本投入巨大,据深圳市城管局消息,全市约24万个路灯杆的“多杆合一”改造初步测算的费用为500亿元左右。

巨大的投入,深圳市也更加强调这项工程要一步一步进行。万事开头难,但这个过程也是推进智慧城市建设的必然经历,只有当基础设施各系统之间都理顺了,才能进入到真正的信息化联网监管阶段。

结语:5G爱灯杆,灯杆也需要5G。集多功能于一体的智能灯杆是未来智慧城市不可或缺的关键基础设施,它就像工业时代的烟囱、电力时代的电力塔、信息时代的通信塔一样,必将成为未来智能化时代的标签之一。

Municipal governments and regulatory agencies should streamline the approval process, adjust the charging structure, and encourage telecom operators to make full use of urban infrastructure such as street lights and poles to build 5G networks.

On April 10, 2018, the Ministry of Science, Technology, Information and Communication of Korea announced that SK, KT and LG U+, three Korean operators, would build and share 5G networks. The paper points out that due to the limited urban space, 5G construction should make full use of various municipal infrastructure, such as street lights, poles, traffic lights, billboards, in order to speed up 5G deployment, effectively utilize resources and reduce duplicate investment.

It is understood that at present, the tower company has talked about 6 million poles as its base station carrier, some of which are to buy out the position of the existing poles, some of which are directly responsible for the cost of the construction of the poles to obtain the base station location free of charge. In fact, the domestic intelligent lamp pole, like the United States, owing to its characteristics of "connecting electricity to the Internet", has the functions of camera monitoring, voice recognition, base station mounting (which can effectively place the base station equipment in the lamp pole to ensure beauty), urban WIFI, intelligent charging pole, positioning, emergency call and rescue, which belongs to the typical integrated lamp pole.

In September 2017, if Tong Electronics Co., Ltd. cooperated with a company in Beijing, it piloted the installation of "Wing Lamp No. 1" intelligent street lamp in Beijing.

In December 2016, 20 "tall and high" composite street lamp poles manufactured by Shanghai Sansi made their debut in Zuo'anmen West Street, Beijing.

In October 2016, Huati Lighting launched a pilot project of intelligent street lighting in Shanghai. The pilot intelligent street lamp "Huadeng 1" was installed at the entrance of Shanghai Post and Telecommunications Design Institute, a total of 11 sets.

In July 2017, 26 intelligent street lamps using the new generation of Internet of Things communication technology NB-IoT were put on display in Pudong.

In November 2017, at the entrance of Shenzhen Shahe West Road to Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Eco-Park, two street lamp poles with scientific and technological sense were set up. It is a product independently integrated and developed by Shenzhen City Traffic Planning and Design Research Center Co., Ltd., named "Smart Road Common Pole".

Tailong Zhixian completed the installation of the fourth batch of nearly 40 sets of lamp pole screens in Tianjin on June 26. Tianjin has become the largest single city in China using LED lamp pole screens (smart street lamps).

On November 25, 2017, Metyno (Beijing) ITU Technology Co., Ltd. and China Mobile Internet of Things Co., Ltd. cooperated to complete the NB-IOT smart light pole demonstration project for Xiongan Mobile in Xiongan'an New Area.

In September 2018, the 5G smart lamp pole of Sichuan Mobile was officially launched. The lamp pole is developed by Sichuan Mobile, Sichuan Neitou and China Mobile Design Institute. It not only beautifies the loading of wireless base stations, but also carries a variety of innovative wisdom applications.

The first phase of Intelligent Street Lamp Renovation Project in Zhengzhou Airport Experimental Zone covers nearly 4000 base (pole) streetlights. As of April 2018, 1/3 of them have been completed.

In June 2015, Zhejiang Dayun Unionwealth completed its first "transformation" of street lamp poles on Huanggushan Road. In March 2017, "Smart Street Lamp" was upgraded again. Zhejiang Dayun Unionwealth of Things, together with Hangzhou Telecom and Huawei, successfully built the first smart lighting project based on standardized NB-IoT (narrowband Internet of Things) in Zhejiang Province, and became the first successful operation of innovative Internet of Things application in Zhejiang Province.

Sichuan Huati has customized 6 sets of "Galaxy" intelligent street lamps for Tianlin Garden Community in Baiyun District of Guiyang City, which promotes the demonstration construction of Guiyang's intelligent community.

On December 9, 2017, Fang Dazhi-con erected a special lamp pole on the streets of Shenyang - the first one in Northeast China landed in Shenyang.
