室外一体化机柜按照使⽤地点可分为室外一体化机柜和室内一体化体机柜。室外一体化机柜主要应于室外环境，如公路边、公 园、楼顶、平地安装的机柜，机柜内可安装基站设备、电源设备、蓄电池、温控设备、传输设备及其他配套设备 或为以上设备预留安装空间及换热容量，能为内部设备正常运⾏提供可靠的机械和环境保护的机柜。室内⼀体化机柜顾 名思义⽤于室内环境的机柜，室内机柜往往看作是⽤来装IT设备的柜⼦。 室外一体化机柜按材料来分，可分为金属室外一体化机柜和非金属室外一体化机柜。金属室外一体化机柜常见的材料有钣⾦、镀锌板、不锈钢、 铝合⾦等。非金属室外一体化机柜常见的材料有玻璃钢等复合材料等。下⾯为⼤家分别介绍下室外⼀体化机柜和室内⼀体化机柜。 室外⼀体化机柜介绍： 室外⼀体化机柜主要⽤于⽆线通信基站，包括新⼀代3G系统，通信/⽹络综合业务，接⼊/传输交换局站，应急通信/传输 等。室外机柜外板采⽤采⽤厚度⼤于1.5mm的镀锌板，由外箱体、内部⾦⼯件及附件装配组成。机柜内部按功能划分成 设备舱和蓄电池舱。箱体结构紧凑，安装简便，密封性能极好。 室外⼀体化机柜主要特点 1 箱体具有防尘、防晒、防⾬等特点，全⽅位适应户外环境。

室内⼀体化机柜介绍 ⼀般它的长度规格有600,800mm ，宽度规格有600,800,1000mm ，⾼度规格是42U,36U,24U。早期所⽤的机柜⼤都是 ⽤铸件或⾓钢经螺钉、铆钉连接或焊接成机柜框架，再加由薄钢板制成的盖板(门)⽽成。这种机柜的体积⼤、笨重、外 形简陋，已被淘汰。随着晶体管、集成电路的使⽤和各种元器件的超⼩型化，机柜的结构也向⼩型化、积⽊化⽅向发 展。机柜已由过去的整⾯板结构发展成为具有⼀定尺⼨系列的插箱、插件结构。插箱、插件的组装排列⽅式分⽔平排列 和垂直排列两类。机柜材料普遍采⽤薄钢板、各种断⾯形状的钢型材、铝型材及各种⼯程塑料等。机柜的框架除⽤焊 接、螺钉连接外，还采⽤粘接⼯艺。 机柜按构件的承重、材料及其制造⼯艺的不同，可分为型材和薄板两种基本结构。 ①型材结构机柜:有钢型材机柜和铝型材机柜两种。钢形材机柜由异型⽆缝钢管为⽴柱组成。这种机柜的刚度和强度都很 好，适⽤于重型设备。由铝合⾦型材组成的铝型材机柜具有⼀定的刚度和强度，适⽤于⼀般或轻型设备。这种机柜重量 轻，加⼯量少，外形美观，得到⼴泛应⽤。 ②薄板结构机柜:整板式机柜，其侧板为⼀整块钢板弯折成形。这种机柜刚度和强度均较好，适⽤于重型或⼀般设备。但 因侧板不可拆卸，使组装、维修不⽅便。弯板⽴柱式机柜的结构与型材机柜相似，⽽⽴柱则由钢板弯折⽽成。这种机柜 具有⼀定的刚度和强度，适⽤于⼀般设备。 根据需要机柜还装有机柜附件。其主要附件有固定或可伸缩的导轨、锁紧装置、铰链、⾛线槽、⾛线架和屏蔽梳形簧⽚ 等。
