室外一体化机柜动环监控解决方案

设备不可能露天放置，室外一体化机柜为设备提供收纳及物理平安防护空间，而柜内设备运行也需要不间断的动力供给及平安的物理环境支撑，为此非常有必要实施一套室外一体化机柜含状态监测系统整体解决方案。

一、方案必要性

室外机柜存在着以下物理威胁：

〔1〕UPS及蓄电池系统是机柜系统的动力来源，断电会致使整个系统停止运转。

〔2〕不适当的温湿度会造成设备生锈、损坏等。

〔3〕液体泄漏〔下雨天水浸〕。

〔4〕柜内温度过高，对设备运行不利。

〔5〕人员出现或异常活动〔不法人员会撬开、破坏等机柜〕

〔6〕因电路短路或其他意外产生的烟和火。

二、方案内容

室外一体化机柜含状态监测系统整体解决方案的主要内容是UPS电源、蓄电池、柜内温湿度、烟雾、漏水、门磁、视频等监控功能及空调控制、风机控制等联动功能。

1、 Scheme necessity

The outdoor cabinet has the following physical threats:

〔3〕 Liquid leakage [flooding in rainy days].

〔4〕 The temperature in the cabinet is too high, which is unfavorable to the equipment operation.

〔5〕 Personnel's presence or abnormal activities [illegal personnel will pry open, destroy and other cabinets]

〔6〕 Smoke and fire caused by short circuit or other accidents.

2、 Program content

The main contents of the overall solution of the outdoor integrated cabinet including the condition monitoring system are the monitoring functions such as UPS power supply, battery, temperature and humidity in the cabinet, smoke, water leakage, door magnetic, video, and the linkage functions such as air conditioning control and fan control.

〔1〕 Temperature and humidity monitoring: real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in the air environment,

〔2〕 Water seepage/leakage detection: it is very important to timely monitor and alarm the flood.

〔3〕 Magnetic monitoring of cabinet door: monitoring and warning of opening and closing status of cabinet door effectively prevent illegal users from operating illegally without application.

〔4〕 UPS power supply monitoring: real-time monitoring of UPS operation status and parameters, real-time and comprehensive diagnosis of UPS operation status.
