产品定位 中兴ZXDU68 T601是单机架、室内型通信直流电源系统，为-48 V系列通信设备供电。 l 采用三相五线交流输入模式（L1/L2/L3/N/PE），适用于220 V（相电压）/380 V（线 电压）电网制式。 l 满配置11个ZXD3000整流器，系统额定输出功率为33 kW，额定输出电流为600 A。

外部结构的特点：

系统组件 中兴ZXDU68 T601直流电源系统由交流配电单元、直流配电单元、ZXD3000整流器、监控组 件和蓄电池组成。其中，监控组件由CSU500B监控单元、背板（BACK板）以及内部监 控线路组成。

蓄电池安装在机柜外，其他的系统组件集中在机柜内。

Product positioning ZTE zxdu68 T601 is a stand-alone, indoor communication DC power supply system for - 48 V series communication equipment. L three phase five wire AC input mode (L1 / L2 / L3 / N / PE) is adopted, which is suitable for 220 V (phase voltage) / 380 V (line voltage) grid system. The system is equipped with 11 zxd3000 rectifiers. The rated output power of the system is 33 kW and the rated output current is 600 a.

The product features support customization of AC input mode. The following three input modes are provided for users to choose (one from three). L single channel manual input mode. L dual manual input mode. L dual automatic input mode. Wide range AC input voltage is suitable for wide single-phase voltage range of 85 v-295 V. It has strong adaptability to power grid and saves battery consumption. The peak efficiency of rectifier with high efficiency is more than 96%. Under rated load condition, the efficiency is more than or equal to 95%.

Rectifier automatic sleep / wake-up in the energy-saving mode, the monitoring unit automatically sleeps the redundant rectifier or wakes up the dormant rectifier according to the change of load power. The power consumption of the rectifier in sleep is less than 4 W, which can save energy. With strong capacity expansion, different number of rectifiers are selected and configured according to the load power. It can be expanded to 11 zxd3000 rectifiers at most to meet the power supply demand of loads below 33 kW. Support web remote access, can use IE browser 7.0 (or above 7.0 version) remote access monitoring unit. Batch management data support the use of U disk to batch set parameters, copy history and upgrade procedures. Professional monitoring and management l front desk communication based on CAN bus has fast transmission speed and timely data transmission. L fine management, providing multi-directional protection under load low temperature, battery under voltage and battery high temperature. L the rectifier is equipped with shortcut key, which can quickly locate the rectifier on the monitoring unit. Flexible monitoring network provides input / output dry contact, RJ45 Ethernet interface, RS232 communication interface and RS485 communication interface to meet the networking requirements of Telnet, HTTP, FTP and SNMP.

Application scenario ZTE zxdu68 T601 is installed in the communication equipment room, supporting wall and floor installation. Due to the different configuration of AC input mode, there are two application scenarios: AC single channel input and AC dual channel input.

The capacity requirements of external equipment are as follows: 1 when ZTE zxdu68 T601 is fully equipped with 11 zxd3000 rectifiers, the rated power can reach 33 kW. AC transformer or oil engine with power above 45 KVA is recommended for external use. L select the three pole air switch with capacity not less than 100 a from the AC distribution box on site as the external AC power switch of ZTE zxdu68 T601.

The outline dimension of the cabinet is 1600 mm (height) × 600 mm (width) × 400 mm (depth). The spacing of the mounting holes is 462 mm (width) × 276 mm (depth). The diameter of the mounting holes is (14) mm.

Features of external structure:

L the panel at the rear of the cabinet can be removed.

The front and rear doors at the lower part of the cabinet can be optional.

L when the cabinet is installed against the wall, the minimum distance between the rear of the cabinet and the wall is 100 mm.

L the height of the cabinet is 1600 mm. A 400 mm high top cover is added on the top to make the height of the whole machine reach 2000 mm. L dust cover can be installed on the top of cabinet or top cover (optional). The dust cover is composed of a plurality of dust cover units. The cable is led into the cabinet through the sponge strip of dust cover unit.

System components ZTE zxdu68 T601 DC power supply system consists of AC distribution unit, DC distribution unit, zxd3000 rectifier, monitoring module and battery. The monitoring module is composed of csu500b monitoring unit, back board and internal monitoring circuit.

The battery is installed outside the cabinet, and other system components are concentrated in the cabinet.
