中兴ZXD030 S480(V1.0)30A开关整流器(以下简称ZXD030 S480整流器)是中兴通讯公司自主开发的通信电源用开关整流器之一。它适用于220VAC单相交流输入,额定直流输出为48V/30A。ZXD030 S480整流器可以方便地组成小型供电系统,如可以组合到中兴ZXDU58B900通信电源系统中使用,组成90A的供电系统。

ZXD030S480(V1.0)开关整流器是中兴通讯公司自主开发的通信电源用开关整流器之一。它采用单相220VAC交流输入,额定输出为48V/30A。ZXD030S480(V1.0)整流器具有较小的体积和重量,其外形如图1.1-1所示。

ZXD030S480(V1.0)中兴整流器适用于中小型通讯系统的工作环境设计,提供-48V直流电源,可以方便的为各种小型交换设备、微波通信、数据产品、光纤传输等通信设备供电。例如,中兴ZXD030S480(V1.0)整流器可组合到ZXDU58B900系统中使用,组成容量为90A的通信电源系统(具体请参见《ZXDU58B900(V45R0M01)30A系列组合电源用户手册》

主要特点

ZXD030S480(V1.0)中兴整流器具有如下特点采用有源功率因数校正技术,明显地减小对电网的污染。

安全性和电磁兼容性符合相关的国际标准。

输入电压范围宽,更适用于电网电压波动较大的地区使用较宽的工作温度范围,在-25℃~+60℃的温度范围内可以全额输出功率。

紧凑型设计,功率密度高达21W/in3。

具有热插拔功能。具有休眠功能,待机功耗小。体积小,重量轻。

ZXD030S480(V1.0)整流器采用采用220VAC交流输入,输出48VDC,对各部分电路的说明如下

●输入EM滤波、浪涌防护及整流:此部分电路对输入电压进行EMI滤波缓启动、浪涌雷击防护及整流,使系统有较小的开机浪涌电流和较好的电磁兼容性

●PFC校正及 BOOST:交流电经整流后直接进入功率因数PFC校正电路功率因数校正主电路为 Boost电路。该电路采用平均电流控制方式,输入功率因数接近1,谐波电流小于5%,满足相应的国际标准。功率因数校正电路的另一个功能是对输入电压进行预调整,输出稳定的410VDC直流电压给后级DCDC电路

DC-DC变换:410VDC直流电压经DCDC功率变换为48VDC直流电压

输出滤波及输出EMI电路:滤除干扰,保证系统输出的是稳定的48VDC直流电压。

●PFC控制及保护:提供PFC控制和保护。

●DC-DC控制及保护:提供DC-DC控制和保护。

●辅助电源:提供整流器内部控制电路所需的电源状态显示及温控风扇:包括三个指示灯,指示整流器的工作状态:系统可根据温度调节风扇的转速,保证系统良好的散热控制及通讯接口:整流器通过控制及通讯接口把整流器的状态和告警信息上报给监控系统。

监控系统可以通过控制及通讯接口调整整流器的输出电压,完成对整流器的开、关机控制,实现“三遥”功能。

ZTE zxd030 s480 (v1.0) 30A switching rectifier (hereinafter referred to as zxd030 s480 rectifier) is one of the switching rectifiers independently developed by ZTE for communication power supply. The zxd030 s480 rectifier can be easily used in small power supply system, such as ZTE zxdu58b900 communication power supply system to form a 90a power supply system.







Zxd030s480 (v1.0) switching rectifier is one of the switching rectifiers independently developed by ZTE. It adopts single-phase 220 VAC AC input, and its rated output is 48V / 30A. Zxd030s480 (v1.0) rectifier has small volume and weight, and its shape is shown in Fig. 1.1-1.






Zxd030s480 (v1.0) ZTE rectifier is suitable for the working environment design of small and medium-sized communication systems, providing - 48V DC power supply, which can conveniently supply power for various small-scale switching equipment, microwave communication, data products, optical fiber transmission and other communication equipment. For example, ZTE zxd030s480 (v1.0) rectifier can be combined into the zxdu58b900 system to form a communication power supply system with a capacity of 90a (please refer to the user manual of zxdu58b900 (v45r0m01) 30A series combined power supply for details)

Zxd030s480 (v1.0) ZTE rectifier has the following characteristics, using active power factor correction technology, significantly reducing the pollution to the power grid.

The wide range of input voltage is more suitable for the area with large fluctuation of power grid voltage. It can output full power in the temperature range from - 25 ℃ to + 60 ℃.

It has hot plug function. It has sleep function and low power consumption. Small size, light weight.





Zxd030s480 (v1.0) rectifier adopts 220 VAC AC input and 48 VDC output. The description of each part of the circuit is as follows




Input EM filtering, surge protection and rectification: this part of the circuit carries out EMI filtering, slow start, surge lightning protection and rectification for input voltage, so that the system has small startup surge current and good electromagnetic compatibility




PFC correction and boost: after rectification, the AC power directly enters the PFC correction circuit, and the main power factor correction circuit is boost circuit. The average current control mode is adopted in the circuit, the input power factor is close to 1, and the harmonic current is less than 5%, which meets the corresponding international standards. Another function of the PFC circuit is to pre adjust the input voltage and output a stable 410vdc DC voltage to the subsequent DCDC circuit




DC-DC conversion: 410vdc DC voltage is converted into 48VDC DC voltage by DCDC power




Output filter and output EMI circuit: filter out the interference and ensure the stable 48VDC DC voltage output of the system.




PFC control and protection: provide PFC control and protection.




DC-DC control and protection: provide DC-DC control and protection.




Auxiliary power supply: it provides the power status display and temperature control fan required by the internal control circuit of the rectifier. The fan includes three indicator lights to indicate the working state of the rectifier. The system can adjust the speed of the fan according to the temperature to ensure the good heat dissipation control and communication interface of the system. The rectifier reports the status and alarm information of the rectifier to the monitoring system through the control and communication interface.




The monitoring system can adjust the output voltage of the rectifier through the control and communication interface to complete the on-off control of the rectifier and realize the "three remote" function.
